![]() ![]() Despite the Falcon Blade having a higher rarity, the Bee Keeper is superior to the Falcon Blade in all ways, including sell price. The Bee Keeper's Confused debuff strangely works on other players, despite most weapon-inflicted debuffs normally being disabled in PvP.Despite the item tooltip stating the sword has a small chance of causing confusion, it has a 90*9/10 (90%) chance to do so, which is comparably large. The Bee Keeper's name is a play on the real-life profession of the beekeeper. While the Brain of Confusion can also inflict the debuff, it is an accessory. The Bee Keeper is the only pre-Hardmode weapon that is capable of inflicting the Confused debuff. The friendly bees are very helpful for crowd control, as they can not only finish off enemies damaged by the sword but severely hurt or kill any other enemies in the vicinity. The Bee Keeper can be useful even in Hardmode because of its ability to inflict Confused and deal decent damage at the same time, especially with the bees.Using the Bee Keeper on worm enemies will release many bees if they move right through the sword's swinging area. The Bee Keeper is capable of autoswinging.Armor penetration effects (from both the Shark Tooth Necklace and the Sharpening Station) also affect the damage done by the summoned bees, granting bonus damage to all hits from them too. FINDING ENCHANTED SWORD, QUEEN BEE BEEKEEPER SWORD - Terraria Ep.93 (Gameplay / Lets Play) TheWaffleGalaxy 528K subscribers Join Subscribe 263 Save 7.Both kinds of bee projectiles will dissipate immediately on contact with water or lava. With the Hive Pack equipped, there is a 33.33*1/3 (33.33%) chance for one extra Bee to spawn, and all Bee projectiles have a 50*1/2 (50%) chance to be converted into Giant Bee projectiles, which always deal 1–3 extra damage, have a knockback of 0.5 (Extremely weak), can pierce enemies or ricochet off solid blocks 4 times in total, fly noticeably faster, and last 11 seconds. The sad thing is that again not all worlds have this and that you never know if your world has one, unless you get really lucky, explorde your enitre large map or use a map viewer, in which both are bad in my opinion. What I did find with map viewing however, is that enchanted swords became more common in the world than in 1.3, while shrines are technically being removed, there generate around 4 per world in caves, which used to be 2 in 1.3. It's really annoying whenever you find the fake one, as it gives you nothing. This doesn't mean that every world had one, but around 95% of the worlds had one, which now it don't 1 There's the Enchanted Sword, and then there's the fake one. It would have worked in 1.3 due the the shrines, because with 4 shrines (large world) each having a 1/3 chance of containing one, you kinda had to get one sword in your world due how randomness works. Which in my opinion might hasn't been the best of choices. The enchanted sword however, you do need for an endgame item: the zenith. I already found piramids bad enough, but at least you didn't need the content for the endgame. I much prefer the sword being able to find in my own world, almost every time I play Terraria, so that getting the Zenith isn't a pain. Honesty in my opinion, you shouldn't have to use a seed to find something. What could also work is to remove the Enchanted Sword from the recipe all together. Or that the enchanted sword gets an easier way to obtain this than a 2% drop rate form the rarest crate in the game. What I would like to see changed is either the rarity of the enchanted sword shrine getting buffed, so that is available in every world. Which in my opinion shouldn't be the case and its just bad game design, even more so because all the other swords are obtainable with no problems. The Zenith is supposed to be the overpowered endgame sword, but it is such a pity if you aren't able to craft one because you weren't able to get the Enchanted Sword. While I understand this change since this weapon was way to overpowered, I don't like how it limits you on getting the Zenith. The Enchanted Sword got extremely nerfed world generation wise in Terraria 1.4. I am happy to say the Enchanted Sword isn’t too hard to get anymore, which is a huge relief. Information Type Weapon Sub-Type Broadsword Damage 26 22 Inflicts Confused (10 per hit) Use Time 20 (Very Fast) Knockback 5.3 (Average) Continuous Attack Yes Highest Prefix Legendary Quality Found In Underground Jungle Dropped By Queen Bee Drop Rate 33 (1:3) Sell Value 54 The Bee Keeper is a weapon dropped by the Queen Bee. But also thank you Re-Logic for removing the fishing nerf, this is actually funny enough the only way I have gotten my sword so far, so this helps a lot too. Thank you Re-Logic for making enchanted sword shrines twice as common this will definitely help a lot for obtaining this sword.
